How do I disconnect from Intelligent Octopus Go?

Once you are integrated with the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff you cannot change your tariff in the Ohme app.

How to update your tariff

While your Ohme account is integrated with the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, if you try to change your tariff you will see the following message.

If you’ve left the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff and wish to change or update your tariff, you’ll first need to disconnect the Ohme integration. To do this: 

1. Open the Octopus Energy app and tap the Devices tab. 
2. Tap the linked device, if you’re integrated with Ohme this will be your charger model
3. Tap the Settings button in the top left, and scroll to the bottom of the settings list and tap Disconnect device

You will now be able to change the tariff in the Ohme app.
