Why is my Ohme charger referral waiting for verification?

If your referral shows as Waiting for verification, we have received your details from the organisation that referred you to Ohme. This may be your vehicle manufacturer, dealership, leasing provider, employer or another Ohme partner.
Before we can begin your charger application, we need to verify the information provided and confirm that you are eligible for the charger and installation package offered through your referral/bundle scheme.

Why is my referral being verified?

Your referral may remain at this stage while we:

• Confirm your referral with the relevant partner
• Check that your personal and vehicle details match the information provided
• Verify your eligibility for a complimentary charger or installation package
• Request missing or corrected information from your referrer

This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your application. In some cases, we may simply be waiting for your referrer to confirm or update the information they submitted.

Do I need to do anything?

You do not normally need to take any action while we complete these checks. Once your referral has been verified, we will send you an email and SMS explaining how to continue your application.

When can my complimentary charger be installed?

Once your application and home survey have been approved, your complimentary charger installation can take place:

• Up to 30 days before your new vehicle is delivered, or
• Within three months after your vehicle is delivered

This flexibility helps ensure that your charger is ready when you need it, whether shortly before or after your new EV arrives. Your appointment will also depend on the completion of any required electrical work or permissions and installer availability in your area.

What happens next?

Once your eligibility has been confirmed, we will invite you to continue to the next stage of your Ohme charger journey. This may include selecting your charger, completing your home survey and providing any supporting documents required for the installation.
