How to disconnect my account from my Ohme charger

If you no longer use your Ohme charger (for example, if you have moved property, or have had the charger removed), you can disconnect your Ohme account to allow the next user access to the charger.

There are two ways to disconnect your Ohme account from your charger.

Disconnect account

You can find this option in Settings > My Charger > Advanced Settings. Disconnecting from the charger will keep your Ohme account live, however you will not have access to the Ohme app until you have linked with a charger again.

Delete account

You can find this option in Settings > Delete account > Delete

Please note: Deleting your Ohme account will mean you lose access to your charging history and break the integration between Ohme and any smart tariffs.

Once your account has been disconnected or deleted, your Ohme charger will be available to pair with another user.
