How to disconnect my account from my Ohme charger

If you no longer use your Ohme charger (for example, if you have moved property, or have had the charger removed), you can disconnect your Ohme account to allow the next user access to the charger.

The easiest way to do this will be to delete the account through the app directly.

You can find this option in Settings > Delete account > Delete

Once your account has been deleted, your Ohme charger will be available to pair with another user.

Please note: Deleting your Ohme account will mean you lose access to your charging history and break the integration between Ohme and any smart tariffs.
