Why might I receive a quote for a custom installation?

Whilst most of our installations involve the same work with the same equipment, every home is different and occasionally we identify cases where additional work or equipment is required to install a charger. If this is the case, the installation can involve additional costs.

What happens after I receive a quote for a custom installation?

If you are happy with your quote and pay via the link provided, you can then be booked in for your installation.

What can I do if I would like to discuss the quote for my custom installation?

We are always happy to discuss quotes. If your installation has been identified as ‘custom’ because of the amount of cabling involved or groundworks, we can always discuss potential other charger locations to reduce this cost.

Can I do my own work?

Only Ohme approved installation partners are permitted to complete any work on your installation. They will complete the work from start to finish to ensure the safety of the installation.
