Please submit a referral on the Ohme Partner Portal, enter the customer’s details, vehicle information (you can write N/A there if there is no information) and select “Customer Price” from the drop-down option in the end of the form.
The referral I made has cancelled their order. What do I need to do?

How do I update my customer’s contact details or address?

Why has my referral on a campaign journey not moved past “Waiting for verification”?

Is there a deadline by which an installation needs to be completed for the campaign?

What is a surge protection device?
Surge protection devices are used to protect the electrical installation, such as the wiring and charging unit, as well as the vehicle plugged into the charger, against any damage that could be caused by electrical power surges, such as lightning.
Why might my installation booking be delayed?
Sometimes, an EV charger can’t be installed right away. This might happen if you need to have your electricity supply upgraded or have additional work completed in preparation for the charger. What is a DNO, and how do I contact them?
