Motability ‘Plug in To Win’ Trial Terms and Conditions – November 2024

1. Promoter. This contest is offered by Ohme Operations UK Limited, an English company with company number 11933185 and registered office at 5th Floor, Wellington House, 125 – 130 Strand, London, England, WC2R 0AP (Ohme).
2. Eligibility. The “Plug-In to Win Contest” (Contest) is open to participants on the Motability Scheme with an Ohme Electric Vehicle charger installed at their home who manage charging through the Ohme App with a charging target or active routine, except persons who are (i) employees of Ohme or Motability or Motability Operations Limited , their immediate family members and any other person professionally connected with the Contest, (ii) on the Octopus Intelligent energy tariff, (iii) participating in the Ohme CrowdFlex Trial or Ohme’s Beta Program or (iv) based in Northern Ireland. Ohme may require participants to provide proof of eligibility and remove participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Entry. Entry to the Contest is free of charge but conditional upon completing a successful plug-in by connecting your electric vehicle for three continuous hours within a 24-hour period (a Plug-In Event). Plug-in sessions where the customer uses the “Max Charge” do not qualify for entry. Up to 5 additional entries may be earned by initiating a Plug-in Event during “Booster Session” periods at specific times and dates but you may enter the Contest no more than 50 times in total. Entries will be accepted during November 2024 only and will be captured automatically. Entries that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted.
4. Winners. Winners of the Contest will be selected at random on or around 5th December 2024 and notified by email on or around 15th December 2024. Prizes not claimed within 5 business days will be forfeited. Ohme’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the results.
5. Prizes. Contest prizes and their approximate retail value are as follows: One (1) £250 Runa Gift Card, One (1) £150 Runa Gift Card, and One (1) £100 Gift Card. Runa Gift Cards are redeemable for gift vouchers across over 250 UK retailers listed here. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Any additional costs or taxes associated with a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Ohme may substitute prizes for other prizes of greater or equal value.
6. Publicity. Ohme reserves the right to feature the name, image and location of the winner in future promotions and publicity. Ohme will ensure that all promotional activities conducted in relation to the Contest comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing.
7. Termination. Ohme may terminate the Contest  at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to fraud or technical difficulties.
8. Liability. Ohme will not be liable for any loss suffered (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Contest, except for such liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Personal Data. Information requested for the Contest will only be used to enable Ohme to administer the Contest and notify and publicise the winners.
