  • How a flexibility portfolio is managed and optimised by learning from an experienced team
  • How trading decisions translate into real-world asset behaviour
  • How to work cross-functionally with commercial, product, tech and regulatory teams
  • How to use data and automation tools to improve operational performance

Who you are

  • Early in your career and excited to build skills & expertise in energy and flexibility
  • Someone who wants to make a difference in the energy transition and electrification of transport
  • Growth mindset seeking to take advantage of learning opportunities to put your career on a strong trajectory

  • Comfort working with data and performing simple analytics with tools (that we will provide training on)
  • Collaborative with different members of the team both sideways and upwards.
  • Nice to have but not required: General awareness of how the UK Energy sector works
