We're looking for an Installation Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day liaison for our installer network, answering general queries and driving installation performance and quality to ensure every customer receives a great experience. You'll be joining at an exciting moment as we look to use data and AI tools to make our installer operations smarter and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned installation partners, handling day-to-day queries, system change communications, and administration support including stock orders, inventory, and invoicing.
- Conduct regular feedback meetings with installation partners to review performance against SLAs, capacity, and any customers stuck outside agreed timelines.
- Monitor and drive CSAT and NPS targets across the installer network, escalating issues where needed.
- Conduct data analysis across each stage of the customer journey (quoting, scheduling, and installation) to identify trends and surface opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Use and help develop AI-assisted reporting and workflow tools to proactively spot performance issues and reduce manual analysis overhead.
- Collaborate with internal teams to feed installer and customer insights back into process and product improvements.

- AI-curious: You are open to using AI and automation tools to work smarter, whether that is drafting communications, analysing trends, or flagging anomalies faster.
- Proactive: You do not wait for problems to escalate. You spot them early and take ownership of resolution.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing a third party such as suppliers, contractors, or partners.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with data and operational tools; experience with field management or CRM systems is a plus.
- An interest in or curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve operational workflows.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability, clean energy, or the EV sector.
