The Help screen provides quick access to our Help Centre where you can find lots of ‘how to’ information and troubleshooting steps for common issues.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, don’t worry! You can get in touch with our dedicated team straight from the app. Provide your email address, and a brief explanation of the issue you’re experiencing and we’ll be in touch to help get the issue resolved.

  1. At the top of the Help page is a link to the Ohme Help Centre. Here you can find information, advice and support for using the charger and the Ohme app.
  2. If you’re experiencing an issue that cannot be resolved with information available in the Help Centre you can get in touch using one of the suggestions.

Get in touch

  1. When you get in touch with the team via the app the email address will be the same used for your Ohme account, take a moment to ensure this is correct, or enter another email address you would like to like to use for the issue raised.
  2. Use the message box to explain the issue you’re experiencing. Try to be as descriptive as possible to help the team understand what you’re expecting to happen and what’s currently happening. Include specific dates and times where possible.
