If you’ve recently updated your Ohme app and are asked to scan a QR code when logging back in, this means you’re attempting to sign in using the wrong email address or sign-in method.
Return to the main login screen, log in using the email or sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Apple) linked to your charger.
If you have a Home Pro, you can check which email is linked by tapping the ‘info’ button while unplugged. The screen will show the linked email (partially hidden with asterisks for security).
