Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with proven expertise in supporting sales teams and implementing communication initiatives with customer partners.

You will work from our Milan office 3 days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and actively contributing to the company culture.

There may be international travel required where necessary to our London office and/or other sites in Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and continuously optimise PPC and lead generation campaigns across Google Ads to drive measurable growth in the Italian market.
  • Bring the Ohme brand to life locally by creating and adapting compelling marketing assets, visuals and copy that resonate with Italian audiences.
  • Own the execution of CRM and email marketing campaigns through Customer.io, ensuring timely, relevant and high-quality communications.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Sales team, providing local marketing materials and hands-on support to help them win in market.
  • Keep Ohme's digital presence sharp by managing website and app content updates and contribute to the planning and delivery of local events and activations.
  • Collaborate with distributors and partners on co-marketing initiatives, localise global assets for the Italian market, and report regularly on campaign performance and key metrics.
Who you are
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably across both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Proven experience in project management and event coordination.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, including CMS for web content management and CRM for customer data management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging cross-functional and international teams.
  • Native fluency in Italian and professional fluency in English required; additional European languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
Required Experience
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting commercial teams with marketing and communications activity.
  • Experience designing and executing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Passion for clean technology, EV infrastructure or the energy transition.
