The Help screen provides quick access to our Help Centre, where you can find lots of ‘how to’ information and troubleshooting steps for common issues.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, don’t worry! You can get in touch with our dedicated team straight from the app using our Live Chat feature.

Search the Help Centre

  1. At the top of the screen, you’ll find the search bar. This lets you quickly look up topics in the Ohme Help Centre guides, FAQs, troubleshooting, and more..

  2. Just below, you’ll see quick links to our most popular support articles. With a single tap, you can find tips to prepare for installation day, step-by-step guides to get your account set up or start your first charge.

Categories and Live Chat

  1. Scroll down and you’ll see a list of categories, such as Product Information, How do I…?, and Troubleshooting. Tap a category to explore the articles available.

  2. Need answers fast? The new live chat feature lets you ask questions and get instant support. If you need personalised help, connect directly with a support agent from this screen.
