The Help screen provides quick access to our Help Centre where you can find lots of ‘how to’ information and troubleshooting steps for common issues.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, don’t worry! You can get in touch with our dedicated team straight from the app. Provide your email address, and a brief explanation of the issue you’re experiencing and we’ll be in touch to help get the issue resolved.

1. At the top of the Help page is a link to the Ohme Help Centre. Here you can find information, advice and support for using the charger and the Ohme app.
2. Suggest an idea. If you have an idea for the team tap here to share.

Suggest an idea

1. When you suggest an idea with the team via the app the email address will be the same used for your Ohme account, take a moment to ensure this is correct, or enter another email address you would like to use for the suggestion.
2. Use the message box to explain the idea you have.
