Flare Cars chooses Ohme as new home EV charging partner

Dynamic smart EV charging company Ohme is the new home EV charging partner for Flare Cars.

Having started in 2015, Flare is a leading provider of advanced benefits, onboarding and salary packaging solutions for the modern workplace. Its free platform streamlines onboarding and benefits managements for employers including novated leasing via Flare Cars. One in three Australian employees now use Flare technology when they start a new job.

So far this year, almost half a million new EVs have been sold in Australia with last month’s EV sales the highest since March 2024. This latest partnership will see Flare Cars recommend Ohme home chargers for all its EV customers.

Flare customers will be offered a choice of Ohme’s ePod or Home Pro chargers. Ohme’s technology can help Australian drivers charge their EVs smarter, greener and cheaper thanks to their dynamic tariff integration. With Wi-Fi connectivity and solar compatibility, Ohme’s range of chargers have been developed specifically for the Australian market.
