We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)<\/strong> to join our growing team in Milan, Italy. This is a permanent role offering a fantastic opportunity to build a career in EV and clean energy sales.<\/p>\n

You will support the Italy sales team by qualifying inbound leads, carrying out prospecting activities, and helping to grow our footprint in the Italian market. You will work from our Milan office 3 days a week.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Lead Generation and Prospecting<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision makers within target markets.<\/li>\n
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set appointments for senior sales team members.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Sales Support<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Support the Italy sales team in day-to-day commercial activities and follow-ups.<\/li>\n
    • Assist in coordinating proposals, documentation, and ongoing client communications.<\/li>\n
    • Provide exceptional customer support to prospects and existing clients, addressing enquiries promptly.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Location: <\/strong>This role is based in Milan, with some travel to our Barcelona and London offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Required Experience<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role is advantageous.<\/li>\n
        • Eagerness to learn and grow within the EV or clean energy sector.<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, and Odoo is a plus. Strong CRM discipline and attention to communication consistency.<\/li>\n
        • Passion for clean technology, EV infrastructure, or the energy transition.<\/li>\n
        • Native-level fluency in Italian and professional fluency in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
