You will work closely with the Sales Team to expand our footprint in Italy and grow our installer network. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customers and wants to be part of disrupting the energy and mobility sectors with technology.<\/p>\n<p>You will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week in Milan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales &amp; Revenue Generation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and close opportunities with key players in the EV ecosystem (installers, car dealerships, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Proactively generate new leads through outbound sales activities, including cold calling and personalized outreach.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify and convert inbound B2B and B2C leads, ensuring timely, professional follow-up and excellent customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a pipeline of B2B prospects and convert leads into commercial partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Own the full sales cycle from outreach and proposal to negotiation and contract signature.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve sales targets for EV charger units.<\/li>\n<li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware, software, and service packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Market &amp; Relationship Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with installers, and other ecosystem stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at EV, sustainability, and energy events to grow brand awareness and expand the network.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor activity to sharpen positioning and value proposition.<\/li>\n<li>Gather customer feedback to support ongoing product and service innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Live our values: Move fast, be brave, push the bar, take ownership and be transparent. Willing to test new approaches and respond to feedback quickly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer-Focused<\/strong>: Confident handling both inbound B2B and B2C sales requests with a consultative approach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outgoing and Personable<\/strong>: Enjoy initiating conversations, being authentic, and building long-term relationships.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clear Communicator<\/strong>: Able to explain technical solutions in simple terms for a variety of audiences.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bi-lingual<\/strong>: Fluent in both Italian and English. Fluency in other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a sales or business development role.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of successful cold outreach and handling inbound sales enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Eagerness to learn and grow within the EV or clean energy sector.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, and Odoo is a plus.
