What are your opening hours?<\/h3>\n

Our opening hours are 9am\u20135:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am\u20135pm on Friday. Please note that we are closed on weekends and bank holidays.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The availability of standard installation depends on various factors, including the age and condition of the existing wiring at the property and the location of the nearest electricity point\/meter. My customer just wants to get a quote. What should they do?<\/h3>\n

Please submit a referral on the Ohme Partner Portal, enter the customer’s details, vehicle information (you can write N\/A there if there is no information) and select \u201cCustomer Price\u201d from the drop-down option in the end of the form.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The referral I made has cancelled their order. What do I need to do?<\/h3>\n

Please email partnersupport@ohme-ev.com<\/u><\/a> with your referral’s details, and we will hard-cancel the referral for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How do I update my customer’s contact details or address?<\/h3>\n

Please email customerinstallations.ie@ohme-ev.com<\/a> with your referral details and the updated contact details and\/or address.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Why has my referral on a campaign journey not moved past \u201cWaiting for verification\u201d?<\/h3>\n

Is there a deadline by which an installation needs to be completed for the campaign?<\/h3>\n

For a campaign referral, can the customer be sent the wall box so they can fit it themselves?<\/h3>\n

No, the campaign includes the wall box with standard installation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

My customer’s charger is not working. Who can they contact?<\/h3>\n

I need an update on a referral I can\u2019t see on the Ohme portal. What should I do?<\/h3>\n
