In France, the Ohme Go is a smart and affordable mobile cable solution for PHEV drivers that enables them to take advantage of smart charging either at home or on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ohme Go is one of the only affordable mobile charging solutions on the market that boasts a split billing solution as well as API capability. For those business drivers, it can also communicate with a fleet manager\u2019s back-end platform making it a particularly valuable asset for business fleets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe addition of the Ohme Go for drivers in France further strengthens our position in France to offer drivers a choice of charging solutions alongside our existing ePod S,\u201d said Alexis Chevalier, Business Development Director, Ohme France. \u201cWith both the new Go and the ePod S, we have two great options for drivers of both PHEVs and electric vehicles. Furthermore, Ohme\u2019s Fleet Management platform also helps to support company car drivers and fleet managers alike, strengthening Ohme\u2019s proposition to businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With new car sales of electric vehicles in France up 49.5 per cent in 2023 and sales of PHEVs also up compared to 2022, the introduction of Ohme is perfect timing as more drivers make the switch to electrified vehicles in all their forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The smart charging technology in Ohme\u2019s chargers can connect with the national grid in real time and automatically adjust its charging for drivers to take advantage of all the times of low price charging with off-peak tariffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charging a Volkswagen ID.Buzz with a 77kWh battery on a full charge with an Ohme smart charger on an off-peak tariff, such as EDF\u2019s Option Tempo Tarif Blue HC, could cost less than ten euros*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohme is the official charger provider for the Volkswagen Group and Polestar in both the UK and Ireland as well as Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai in the UK and Volvo Cars in Ireland.
