Ohme uses your tariff information to estimate the cost of your charging sessions. It will also allow you to use features such as the Price cap, which will allow you to schedule your charging for the cheapest times.<\/p>\n\n\n

Note: Ohme will never bill you directly for the energy used to charge the car. We only use the tariff information to work out when it\u2019s cheaper to charge and estimate your charge costs.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Updating my tariff information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check your address is set correctly in the Ohme App > Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to Settings > My tariff to see the tariff information currently selected<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To update your tariff information, tap the \u2018Select a new tariff\u2019 button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select your Energy supplier<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select your tariff<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Tap ‘Done’ to finish. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    My Tariff isn\u2019t listed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If your electricity supplier or tariff is not listed, you can set up the tariff information manually by creating a custom tariff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please follow the steps below on how to set this up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. In your Ohme app, go to ‘My Energy’ > ‘Select a new tariff’<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Tap ‘My supplier\/tariff isn’t listed’ at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. At the top of the screen, enter the name of your Electricity supplier<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select one of the following options:  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
