These may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A decrease in 4G connectivity in the area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of an update to the latest firmware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The charger&#8217;s breaker switch has been turned off or has tripped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you find that your Ohme charger is offline, a <strong>powercycle <\/strong>should help the charger in coming back online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-powercycle\">How do I powercycle my Ohme charger?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps to powercycle your charger and bring it back online:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unplug the charger from the vehicle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch the electricity supply to your charger off at its dedicated breaker switch (see below)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the power off for <strong>15min<\/strong> to drain any remaining power from the charger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch the power on again<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Ohme charger should then reboot and come back online, performing any required updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Ohme Go chargers are unplugged after every use, so they shouldn&#8217;t require a powercycle. Your installer will likely have labelled the charger\u2019s switch with something similar to \u201cEV charger\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <div class=\"buttonsContainer\">\n                    <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"check-back-online\">How do I check if my charger is back online?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"blockWrapper top-default bottom-default   \">\n\n\n<div class=\"contentWrapper textImageLeft  image\">\n            <div class=\"imageContainer\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" check if your charger is online via the Ohme app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to the My Charger page<\/li>\n<li>Check for the charger status to be Online with a green dot at the top of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n        <div class=\"buttonsContainer\">\n                    <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>If you do not have the Ohme app installed on your phone, you can check the connectivity on the charger itself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ohme Home<\/strong>: When the charger is online, you will see a small pair of arrows in the top right corner of the charger display.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ohme Home Pro<\/strong>: When the charger is online, the charger display will not show the &#8220;Connecting to the internet&#8221; screen, or other statuses such as &#8220;Scanning cell towers&#8221; or &#8220;Trying to reconnect&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ohme ePod<\/strong>: When the charger is connecting to the Ohme server, the rightmost LED will blink orange and when the charger is online, the left part of the LED bar will be solid green.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unable to get the charger back online or find the device is frequently going offline, get in touch with our Customer Care team for further
