They build and maintain the infrastructure that delivers electricity to your home or business \u2014 including overhead lines, underground cables, poles, towers, substations, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should contact ESB Networks if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your voltage levels are too high or too low<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a power cut in your area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need to upgrade the main fuse to your property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Not sure how to contact ESB Networks? You can reach them by calling 1800 372 999 (24\/7) or visiting <a>www.esbnetworks.ie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"your-installer\">Your installer (for independently arranged installations)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you arranged your charger installation directly with an electrician or EV charger installation company \u2013 and not through Ohme \u2013 they\u2019ll be the best point of contact for anything related to the physical installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact your installer if you are experiencing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concerns about the location of your charger installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issues with earthing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tripping, where the breaker is cutting power to the charger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of power to the charger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"blockWrapper top-smaller bottom-smaller   \">\n\n<div class=\"alert-wrapper\">\n    <div class=\"alert none\">\n        <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/ohme-ev.com\/ie\/wp-content\/themes\/ohme-energy\/shared\/images\/warning.svg\" \/>\n        <p><strong data-prosemirror-content-type=\"mark\" data-prosemirror-mark-name=\"strong\">Note:<\/strong> When an installer revisits your property, they are required to complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/ohme.typeform.com\/SATform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Site Acceptance Test (SAT) form<\/a>.
