It may be that your mailbox does not like that email format and deletes the email before it ever touches your mailbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, in the Ohme app, navigate to Settings &gt; Change Password where you can enter your current password and set your new password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-change-my-email\">How to change my email<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At this time, the easiest way to change the email address linked to your Ohme account would be to create a new account. In the Ohme app, navigate to Settings &gt; Delete account where you&#8217;ll be able to request the current email to be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will then be prompted to create a new account with the email of your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-change-my-charger\">How to change my charger<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please use the following steps to change the charger linked to your Ohme account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Ohme app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap \u2018Settings\u2019 in the bottom right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to &#8216;My Charger&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap Advanced settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the bottom of that list, you will see &#8216;Change charger&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the prompts to scan your new charger&#8217;s QR code or enter the device ID manually (this will often start with \u2018ohmeaxxxxxx&#8217;)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Your new charger is now linked to your Ohme app account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-delink-my-ohme-charger-from-my-ohme-app\">How to delink my Ohme charger from my Ohme app<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The easiest way to delink your charger from the account it is currently linked to will be to delete the account through the app directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find this option in Settings &gt; Delete account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deleting your Ohme app account will allow you to create a new account if needed. <strong>Please note<\/strong>: if you&#8217;d like to access the account from multiple devices, we&#8217;d advise creating your Ohme app account using the &#8220;sign in with email&#8221; option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a detailed step-by-step guide on how to update your account
