In the Ohme app, navigate to Settings &gt; Delete account where you\u2019ll be able to request the current email to be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will then be prompted to create a new account with the email of your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unable to sign in to the Ohme app to delete the existing account, please contact our customer care team via the &#8220;log a ticket&#8221; button below, provide the email address currently linked to the charger and request the account is disconnected.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"blockWrapper top-default bottom-default   \">\n\n<div class=\"alert-wrapper\">\n    <div class=\"alert none\">\n        <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/ohme-ev.com\/ie\/wp-content\/themes\/ohme-energy\/shared\/images\/warning.svg\" \/>\n        <p>If you\u2019ve integrated with a smart tariff, such as Octopus Energy\u2019s Intelligent Octopus Go or OVO Energy\u2019s Anytime, it\u2019s essential to disconnect from this tariff before continuing with an account deletion so that you can re-integrate the tariff with your new Ohme account.
