This is a great entry point into a sales career at Ohme, sitting at the intersection of sales, account management and operations. You will support our growth by managing inbound leads, strengthening relationships with our online distributors, and supporting our operational teams.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales &amp; Lead Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage B2C inbound leads: contact customers, qualify opportunities and assign leads to installation partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support account management for our online distributors.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, helping to animate their network of partner installers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support operational teams with installer onboarding and training.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with customer support activities as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Live our values: Move fast, be brave, push the bar, take ownership and be transparent.
