You will work from the Paris office 4 days a week.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<h4>Sales Strategy and Leadership<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to grow charger unit sales and recurring revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Set ambitious but achievable targets across multiple channels (installers, distributors, automotive, e-MSP, energy).<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team (BDs, Account Managers, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Create robust sales processes, from lead qualification to closing and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse market performance and team results, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimisation.<\/li>\n<li>Drive forecasting accuracy and coordinate with finance and supply chain on demand planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Market Expansion and Key Relationships<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and develop strategic partnerships to unlock new growth channels (OEMs, utilities, e-MSP, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Personally manage high-value accounts and complex negotiations.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the EV ecosystem, ensuring strong brand positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitive landscape and ensure we are ahead on pricing, commercial models, and value proposition.<\/li>\n<li>Represent Ohme at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Cross-functional Collaboration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Product and Marketing to ensure the offering matches market needs and is clearly positioned.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams to ensure scalable, customer-focused delivery and support.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership to align sales goals with the company&#8217;s broader commercial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Champion CRM usage, sales tooling, and data-driven decision-making across the sales organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Who You Are<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Leadership-driven: <\/strong>You have a track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams to exceed targets.
