The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with proven expertise in supporting sales teams and implementing communication initiatives with customer partners.<\/p>\n<p>You will work from our shared office space in Barcelona city centre, 3 days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and will actively contribute to the company culture in the South European business, Spain, Italy and Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>There may be international travel required where necessary to our London office and\/or other sites in Europe, especially to Milano and Porto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of the Marketing team in South of Europe, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing plans aligned with the regional marketing strategy. The role will manage day-to-day execution of commercial communications while strengthening the company\u2019s image, brand and reputation.<\/p>\n<p>The Marketing and Communications Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Manager Southern Europe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with Ohme\u2019s objectives across all traditional and digital channels (corporate communication, commercial campaigns, websites, blog, landing pages, social media and other platforms), working closely with Sales to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with commercial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute Trade Marketing strategy and related initiatives for partner channels, including corporate events and trade shows designed to support commercial activities and enhance the company\u2019s image.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the company\u2019s digital assets \u2013 including the corporate website, blog, apps, communications platforms and influencers \u2013 covering both technological development and content creation, and use web analytics tools to measure user behaviour, campaign performance and traffic across channels.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute creative social media (f.e. Meta, Linkedin or Tik Tok) content, formats and strategies to increase brand awareness, digital engagement and lead generation.<\/li>\n<li>Create compelling content across digital, print and omnichannel platforms \u2013 including press releases, articles, case studies, customer stories, presentations and leadership communications \u2013 and manage the corporate communications calendar to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Executing customer lifecycle CRM journeys across multiple touchpoints, identifying the key moments in a customer&#8217;s journey where CRM can drive the greatest impact. Plan, build, test, and optimise all automated flows and campaigns in the CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Bring the Ohme brand to life locally by creating and adapting compelling visuals, including photo and video editing, and copy that resonate with Iocal audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to press releases, reports, annual reviews and other corporate documents, and monitor and assess the results of communications activities, including online reviews and customer feedback \u2013 responding promptly and identifying opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications across both B2C and B2B environments, including managing corporate communications and brands, and developing online and offline commercial communications strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the creativity and editorial ability to produce engaging content.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience managing digital marketing activities \u2013 websites, landing pages, and social media ads and channels \u2013 with hands-on use of CMS and CRM tools (e.g. WordPress, Metricool, Canva, Adobe, Figma) and social\/digital marketing analytics tools.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Native fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English required; additional European languages such as Italian or Portuguese are a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for clean technology, EV infrastructure or the energy transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and bonus<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid office in Barcelona, 3 days a week in office<\/li>\n<li>Work laptop and mobile phone<\/li>\n<li>Teleworking budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ohme is an equal opportunity employer.
