The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of leading teams, supporting sales partners, and driving brand growth across multiple markets.<\/p>\n<p>You will work from our shared office space in Barcelona city centre, 3 days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and will actively contribute to the company culture.<\/p>\n<p>There may be international travel required where necessary to our London office and\/or other sites in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brand and Marketing Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of Ohme&#8217;s product and brand positioning across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and Portugal).<\/li>\n<li>Define and execute the regional marketing strategy, aligned with overall EU marketing goals.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a business partner to the Southern Europe sales teams, supporting their marketing and communication initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement effective communication actions, such as events, to promote products and services to customer partners.<\/li>\n<li>Measure the impact of local marketing initiatives including leads generated, traffic, engagement and partner feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the wider EU Marketing team to contribute to cross-country alignment and content sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor and develop a small regional marketing team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growth.<\/li>\n<li>Manage team workload, priorities and performance to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, creative team culture that is aligned with Ohme&#8217;s values.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the EU Marketing leadership to ensure the regional team is integrated into wider plans and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Identify hiring needs and support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.<\/li>\n<li>Champion best practices in marketing operations across the regional team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Content and Digital<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and update website content using a CMS, ensuring it is always relevant, on-brand and engaging.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise a CRM to manage customer data and set up emailing campaigns, newsletters and automation campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee content creation across social, digital and partner channels for the Southern Europe region.<\/li>\n<li>Use data and analytics to continuously optimise campaigns and inform strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all regional content and communications are consistent with Ohme&#8217;s brand guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, clean energy and EV technology to bring fresh thinking to the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing and leading a marketing team.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and event coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CMS and CRM tools for web content management, customer data and campaign automation.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for clean technology, the energy transition, or the EV industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Native fluency in Spanish or Italian required, plus professional English.<\/li>\n<li>Additional European languages would be beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing scale-up with global ambitions that is cutting edge, passionate about sustainability and seeks to make the world a better place.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and bonus<\/li>\n<li>Frequent company socials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ohme is an equal opportunity employer.
