The ideal candidate will have at least <strong>6+ years<\/strong> of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of leading teams, supporting sales partners, and driving brand growth across multiple markets.<\/p>\n<p>You will work from our shared office space in Barcelona (Gracia), 3 days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and will actively contribute to the company culture.<\/p>\n<p>There may be international travel required where necessary to our London office and\/or other sites in Europe (Porto, Milan, Paris, \u2026).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and execute Ohme&#8217;s marketing strategy across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and Portugal), ensuring alignment with wider European objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with the regional Sales teams to drive growth through impactful marketing campaigns, events and partner communications.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, develop and inspire the Southern Europe marketing team, setting priorities and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee digital marketing activities, including website, CRM, email automation, social media and regional content, ensuring a consistent brand experience.<\/li>\n<li>Track campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and support business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the wider European Marketing team to share best practices, align campaigns and drive cross-market initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have 6+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally across both B2B and B2C environments.<\/li>\n<li>You have proven experience leading and developing marketing teams, leading by example and inspiring others through a hands-on approach.<\/li>\n<li>You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in execution when needed, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.<\/li>\n<li>You have successfully delivered integrated marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.<\/li>\n<li>You are comfortable working with CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms and have a strong understanding of digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>You are an organised project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and enjoys building processes as the business grows.<\/li>\n<li>You are passionate about clean technology, electrification and the energy transition.<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in Spanish with professional English.
