The ideal candidate will have <strong>3+ years<\/strong> of experience in marketing and communications, with experience delivering impactful marketing campaigns, supporting sales teams and helping grow brands across multiple markets.<\/p>\n<p>You will work from our shared office space in Barcelona (Gracia), 3 days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and actively contribute to the company culture.<\/p>\n<p>There may be international travel required where necessary to our London office and\/or other sites in Europe (Porto, Milan, Paris, \u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the execution of Ohme&#8217;s marketing strategy across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and Portugal), ensuring alignment with wider European objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the regional Sales teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, events and partner communications that drive commercial growth.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including website content, CRM campaigns, email automation, social media and regional marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate local events, product launches and partner marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the wider European Marketing team to share best practices, support cross-market campaigns and contribute new ideas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally across both B2B and B2C environments.<\/li>\n<li>You have experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and supporting commercial teams to achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>You are proactive, organised and enjoy taking ownership of projects from idea through execution.<\/li>\n<li>You are hands-on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced scale-up environment.<\/li>\n<li>You are comfortable working with CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms and have a good understanding of digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and are eager to learn and develop your marketing expertise.<\/li>\n<li>You are passionate about clean technology, electrification and the energy transition.<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in Spanish with professional English.
