Esta gu\u00eda te explica a qui\u00e9n contactar seg\u00fan el tipo de problema que tengas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#your-dno\">Tu DNO (Operador de Red de Distribuci\u00f3n)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#your-installer\">Tu instalador<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#yourenergycompany\">Tu compa\u00f1\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#car-manufacturer\">El fabricante de tu coche<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#Ohme-customer-care-team\">Equipo de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente de Ohme<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"your-dno\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tu DNO (Operador de Red de Distribuci\u00f3n)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El DNO es la entidad que gestiona la red el\u00e9ctrica. En el Reino Unido existen distintos operadores regionales responsables de suministrar electricidad a tu hogar o negocio. Son los propietarios y gestores de las l\u00edneas el\u00e9ctricas, las redes de torres, los transformadores y la infraestructura de distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debes contactar con tu DNO si:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Los niveles de voltaje son demasiado altos o demasiado bajos <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Hay un corte de luz en tu zona <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Necesitas actualizar el fusible principal de tu propiedad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"your-installer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tu instalador (para instalaciones contratadas de forma independiente)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"craig\">Si contrataste la instalaci\u00f3n de tu cargador directamente con un electricista o una empresa instaladora de cargadores para VE, y no a trav\u00e9s de Ohme, ellos son quienes deben resolver cualquier problema relacionado con la instalaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"blockWrapper top-default bottom-default   \">\n\n<div class=\"alert-wrapper\">\n    <div class=\"alert none\">\n        <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/ohme-ev.com\/es\/wp-content\/themes\/ohme-energy\/shared\/images\/warning.svg\" \/>\n        <p>Contamos con instaladores certificados por Ohme que realizan las instalaciones de acuerdo con nuestras normas y directrices, ya que han recibido la formaci\u00f3n correspondiente por parte de Ohme.<\/p>\n<p>Ten en cuenta que, si la instalaci\u00f3n ha sido realizada por un instalador no certificado por Ohme, cualquier intervenci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica posterior no estar\u00e1 cubierta ni correr\u00e1 a cargo de Ohme.<\/p>\n<p>En estos casos, si fuera necesaria una intervenci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica por parte de Ohme, esta deber\u00e1 ser realizada por uno de nuestros instaladores certificados.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 id=\"yourenergycompany\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Energy Supplier (e.g. Octopus Energy)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your charger was installed by your energy supplier, such as Octopus Energy, they should be your first point of contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact your energy supplier if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have any concerns following the installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need help diagnosing a charger or installation fault<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their team will liaise directly with the Ohme Customer Care Team to help resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"car-manufacturer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">El fabricante de tu coche<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debes contactar con el fabricante de tu coche ante cualquier pregunta relacionada con el veh\u00edculo o si sospechas de un problema con su funcionalidad de carga, incluyendo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Posibles fallos en el circuito de carga del coche <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li
