Esto es lo que debes saber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para desvincular tu cargador Ohme de tu cuenta de Ohme y permitir que los nuevos propietarios puedan utilizarlo, deber\u00e1s eliminar tu cuenta de Ohme. Para hacerlo, en la app de Ohme, pulsa en Ajustes &gt; Eliminar cuenta &gt; Eliminar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez que el cargador se haya desvinculado de la cuenta actual, los nuevos propietarios de la vivienda podr\u00e1n controlar el cargador creando una cuenta en la app de Ohme y vincul\u00e1ndola al cargador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La garant\u00eda de tu producto Ohme te pertenece a ti, seg\u00fan los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones originales con los que adquiriste tu cargador Ohme. Por lo tanto, si te mudas de casa y decides dejar tu cargador Ohme en la propiedad anterior, la garant\u00eda original no se transferir\u00e1 a los nuevos propietarios de la vivienda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-llevarte-tu-cargador-ohme-a-la-nueva-propiedad\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Llevarte tu cargador Ohme a la nueva propiedad<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si prefieres conservar tu cargador Ohme al mudarte de vivienda, hay varios aspectos clave que debes tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La garant\u00eda de tu producto Ohme contin\u00faa desde la fecha de tu instalaci\u00f3n original, conforme a nuestros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si deseas que Ohme te ayude en este proceso a trav\u00e9s de nuestra red de instaladores colaboradores, te pedimos que nos avises con la mayor antelaci\u00f3n posible (al menos 3 semanas) antes de la fecha de tu mudanza, para poder programar la retirada del cargador en tu propiedad actual. Idealmente, av\u00edsanos con al menos una semana de antelaci\u00f3n a la fecha de la mudanza, por si fuera necesario reprogramar las citas de servicio o si surgiera alg\u00fan cambio en la fecha de mudanza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ten en cuenta que existe un coste inicial por la retirada y reinstalaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar en tu propiedad, y que deber\u00e1s rellenar un cuestionario, tal y como hiciste inicialmente, para la nueva propiedad. Necesitar\u00edamos esta informaci\u00f3n lo antes posible para poder llevar a cabo la reinstalaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ten en cuenta tambi\u00e9n que podr\u00edan generarse costes adicionales una vez recibida esta informaci\u00f3n, en funci\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n de tu propiedad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, si tienes cualquier duda o deseas que Ohme te ayude con el traslado de tu cargador, no dudes en ponerte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente.
