Por tanto, debes iniciar sesi\u00f3n en la app de Ohme utilizando las mismas credenciales que usaste al conectar el cargador por primera vez. Te recomendamos guardar tus datos de acceso en un lugar seguro para futuras consultas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, si creaste tu cuenta Ohme con un correo electr\u00f3nico y contrase\u00f1a y la vinculaste al cargador, puedes iniciar sesi\u00f3n en varios dispositivos usando esas mismas credenciales. De igual forma, si usaste Facebook, Google o Apple ID para crear la cuenta, deber\u00e1s acceder con la misma opci\u00f3n y los mismos datos de esa red social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si recibes un mensaje indicando que el cargador est\u00e1 vinculado a otro usuario, es posible que ya se haya configurado un usuario con credenciales o m\u00e9todo de acceso diferente. En ese caso, verifica si alg\u00fan otro usuario del cargador dispone de una cuenta activa con la que puedas iniciar sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si necesitas comprobar a qu\u00e9 correo electr\u00f3nico est\u00e1 vinculado el cargador y tienes acceso a la app en otro dispositivo, ve a Ajustes en la app Ohme y revisa los detalles de la cuenta en la parte superior de la p\u00e1gina.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"blockWrapper top-default bottom-default   \">\n\n\n<div class=\"contentWrapper textImageLeft  image\">\n            <div class=\"imageContainer\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ohme-ev.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2025\/05\/Support_app_signin_UK.webp\" alt=\"Problemas Iniciar Sesi\u00f3n Ohme\"\/>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"textContainer\">\n        <h3 class=\"title\"><\/h3>\n        <h4 class=\"subtitle regular\"><\/h4>\n        <div class=\"text\"><p>Para usuarios de Home Pro, tambi\u00e9n puedes comprobar en la pantalla del cargador (con el cargador desenchufado) a qu\u00e9 email est\u00e1 vinculado. Pulsa el bot\u00f3n \u201cinfo\u201d a la izquierda y aparecer\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n, incluido el correo electr\u00f3nico del usuario actualmente conectado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <div class=\"buttonsContainer\">\n                    <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, si no recuerdas los datos de acceso de tu cuenta Ohme o ya no tienes acceso a ellos, puedes ponerte en contacto con nuestro equipo de atenci\u00f3n al cliente para solicitar la desvinculaci\u00f3n del cargador de esa cuenta. Por motivos de privacidad, ser\u00e1 necesario aportar documentaci\u00f3n que acredite la titularidad del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, podr\u00e1s crear una nueva cuenta y vincular el cargador
