Si tienes una programaci\u00f3n activa en el coche, esto puede entrar en conflicto con la programaci\u00f3n de la app de Ohme y provocar que el coche no cargue correctamente. Te recomendamos desactivar cualquier programaci\u00f3n en el veh\u00edculo y dejar que Ohme controle la carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"charge-rate-limited\">Velocidad de carga limitada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico puede tener una opci\u00f3n para ajustar la velocidad de carga, lo que afecta a la rapidez con la que se carga la bater\u00eda. Si has reducido la velocidad de carga en tu coche, Ohme cargar\u00e1 la bater\u00eda m\u00e1s despacio. Para cargar a la m\u00e1xima velocidad, selecciona el valor m\u00e1s alto permitido por tu coche. Consulta el manual del fabricante o las preguntas frecuentes online para saber c\u00f3mo ajustar esta configuraci\u00f3n. Recuerda que los cargadores Ohme tienen una potencia m\u00e1xima de 7,4 kW \/ 32 amperios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"connectivity-issues\">Conectividad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu cargador Ohme incluye una SIM multioperador que se conecta a internet y comunica con la app Ohme a trav\u00e9s de la nube. Cuando el cargador est\u00e1 conectado, comprobar\u00e1 en la nube de Ohme si hay programaciones activas establecidas en la app. Puedes ver la programaci\u00f3n seleccionada en el Panel de control de la app Ohme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu cargador Ohme no est\u00e1 conectado a internet, no podr\u00e1 seguir ninguna programaci\u00f3n y simplemente cargar\u00e1 el coche hasta completarlo (o hasta que lo desconectes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si sigues teniendo problemas de conectividad, consulta la secci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/ohme-ev.com\/es\/support\/mi-cargador-esta-fuera-de-linea\/\">ayuda <\/a>para saber qu\u00e9 hacer si tu cargador est\u00e1 offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"outside-off-peak\">Cargar fuera del horario de tarifa reducida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohme siempre prioriza la carga en los horarios m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos seg\u00fan la tarifa seleccionada en la app. Sin embargo, si has configurado cargar hasta el 90% pero solo se puede alcanzar el 80% durante el periodo barato, Ohme continuar\u00e1 cargando fuera de ese horario para asegurarse de que tu coche llegue al 90%.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si solo quieres cargar en los horarios m\u00e1s baratos, deber\u00e1s establecer un l\u00edmite de precio en la app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"powerline-adaptor\">Adaptadores Power-Line impidiendo el inicio de la carga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes adaptadores Power-Line en tu vivienda, pueden estar generando interferencias en el circuito el\u00e9ctrico que dificultan el inicio de la carga. Un adaptador Power-Line extiende la red cableada o WiFi de tu hogar utilizando el cableado el\u00e9ctrico existente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retira el adaptador Power-Line y realiza un reinicio del cargador
