You will be based in our Munich office (we are in the office 3 days a week) and will cover the Austrian market.<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for managing and growing our distribution sales channel: oversee the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale distributors and reseller partners. Your expertise will help us expand our market presence and drive long-term success.<\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales &amp; Revenue Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and drive business development activities across Austria<\/li>\n<li>Identify, develop, and close opportunities with key EV ecosystem players (installers, distributors, fleet partners, utilities, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets for Ohme EV charging solutions<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen Ohme\u2019s route-to-market in Austria<\/li>\n<li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware, software, and services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Market &amp; Ecosystem Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leverage existing knowledge of the Austrian charging infrastructure market to accelerate growth<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with key installers and distributors<\/li>\n<li>Represent Ohme at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning and pricing<\/li>\n<li>Provide structured feedback from the market to Sales Leadership and Product teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A senior, autonomous sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong network and understanding of the <strong>Austrian EV charging ecosystem<\/strong> (installers, distributors, MSPs, utilities)<\/li>\n<li>Commercially driven, with a consultative and partnership-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams<\/li>\n<li>Clear and confident communicator, able to explain technical solutions simply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in EV charging, energy, mobility, or adjacent industries<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Austrian market dynamics, including regional differences across the federal states<\/li>\n<li>Native or fluent level <strong>German<\/strong>; professional working proficiency in English.
