We are looking for a driven Head of Mobility – Germany<\/strong> to lead the growth of Ohme’s mobility proposition across the German market. This is a senior, autonomous role for someone with deep sector expertise and a strong OEM-level network, who can build a pipeline from the ground up, establish Ohme as a thought leader in German mobility, and shape both the proposition and the team needed to deliver it. You will work closely with colleagues at our UK headquarters while operating with the independence of a market builder.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Building the Market<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Pipeline: <\/strong>Prospect and build a pipeline of future Ohme Mobility partners across the territory.<\/li>\n
  • Brand and thought leadership: <\/strong>Build awareness and establish Ohme’s thought leadership within the territory’s mobility sector.<\/li>\n
  • Proposition: <\/strong>Develop a mobility proposition for the territory, aligning with the UK where possible while reflecting any commercial needs identified locally.<\/li>\n
  • New business: <\/strong>Leverage your contacts and commercial relationships to win new business in the territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Delivery and Growth<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Cross-market collaboration: <\/strong>Collaborate with colleagues at UK Headquarters to support account and development activity outside the territory as needed.<\/li>\n
    • Account management: <\/strong>Account manage mobility customers to deliver on the commercial requirements contracted in the territory.<\/li>\n
    • Team building: <\/strong>Build the team and resources needed to support that delivery as the footprint grows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Sector expertise: <\/strong>Deep mobility sector expertise and a strong network at OEM level (dealer and leasing company contacts also ideal).<\/li>\n
      • Strategic: <\/strong>Demonstrable experience developing a market or channel sales strategy to approach the marketplace.<\/li>\n
      • Commercial: <\/strong>Strong commercial experience, including selling through consultation and influence, and using marketing and commercial levers effectively.<\/li>\n
