Pour les bornes de recharge en courant alternatif monophas\u00e9, comme les bornes Ohme, l\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique entrant dans le b\u00e2timent doit \u00eatre comprise autour de 230 V \u00b1 10 %.<br>Cela signifie que la tension d\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique fournie au logement (via votre poste de transformation local) doit se situer entre environ 207 volts et 253 volts pour que la borne puisse fonctionner correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-le-sur-sous-voltage\">Qu&#8217;est ce que le sur\/sous-voltage ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le niveau de tension est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 253 V ou inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 207 V, la borne Ohme suspend temporairement la recharge, puis la reprend d\u00e8s que la tension redevient adapt\u00e9e.<br>La borne affiche \u00e9galement un voyant rouge clignotant \u00ab\u202ferreur\u202f\u00bb lorsqu\u2019un probl\u00e8me de tension est d\u00e9tect\u00e9, afin de vous en alerter \u2014 ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont enregistr\u00e9s comme des erreurs \u00ab\u202fSurtension\u202f\u00bb ou \u00ab\u202fSous-tension\u202f\u00bb pour votre borne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelle-solution-pour-ce-probleme\">Quelle solution pour ce probl\u00e8me ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous pensez que la tension \u00e9lectrique chez vous est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e ou trop basse, et que cela affecte la recharge de votre v\u00e9hicule, votre gestionnaire de r\u00e9seau de distribution (GRD) pourra mesurer les niveaux de tension \u00e0 votre domicile et vous aider \u00e0 les ajuster correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour garantir une mesure pr\u00e9cise, il est important que le GRD surveille la tension sur plusieurs jours, car une seule mesure ne permet pas toujours de d\u00e9tecter le probl\u00e8me. En effet, les niveaux de tension varient tout au long de la journ\u00e9e et de la nuit.<br>Pendant cette p\u00e9riode de surveillance, nous vous recommandons de continuer \u00e0 utiliser la borne normalement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que la tension trop haute ou trop basse est confirm\u00e9e, le GRD interviendra sur votre poste de transformation local pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, si vous continuez \u00e0 rencontrer des probl\u00e8mes de tension apr\u00e8s que le GRD a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019ajustement des niveaux locaux, merci de contacter notre service client ci-dessous en fournissant tout rapport ou document du GRD.
