Ohme is a UK-born Home EV charging business growing fast in Australia. Our local team is small, quick and driven, and we’re building the number one player in the market. Every person here has a direct, visible impact on that outcome.<\/p>\n

We’re looking for a Mobility Sales and Operations Lead <\/strong>to own the relationship with our dealer network, from the first training session through to the sale. It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves the retail automotive world but wants more ownership, more variety and a real stake in where a business goes next.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Train and coach dealer teams. Run in-dealership and remote sessions, build practical training materials and onboarding guides, and lift the confidence of dealer staff selling Ohme’s charging solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Support dealers day to day. Be the person dealers call. Solve problems on the spot and keep things moving.<\/li>\n
  • Drive lead generation. Work with dealers to generate more and better leads, run incentives, and track and report on performance weekly and monthly.<\/li>\n
  • Lift conversions. Coach follow-up, objection handling and closing technique. Dig into the data to find out what’s really going wrong, share what’s working across the network, and support customer conversions directly where it counts.<\/li>\n
  • Support operational delivery. Help make sure what’s sold is delivered well, so dealers and customers have a great experience.<\/li>\n
  • Onboard new partners. Travel interstate to bring new dealers into the Ohme network and set them up to succeed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who This Is For:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • Relationship Builders – From other backgrounds, with two or more years’ experience. You communicate brilliantly and learn fast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What You Bring:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • Two years or more in dealerships, an auto OEM, or a relationship-based role.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude<\/li>\n
      • The ability and willingness to travel regularly, including interstate<\/li>\n
      • A full drivers’ license<\/li>\n
      • A team-player mindset. You’ll roll up your sleeves and help with whatever needs doing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
