We’re looking for an ambitious sales leader who’s motivated by hunting new business and growing with us. Someone ready to take ownership of our national wholesale channel and drive it to the next level. <\/p>\n

The Role<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As National Sales Manager – Wholesale<\/strong>, you’ll own Ohme’s wholesale and reseller strategy right across Australia. This is a genuinely national remit. You’ll be building relationships with partners, branch networks and resellers in every state, which means a high degree of travel should be expected at times, including interstate visits, partner events and on-site training sessions.<\/p>\n

This role is hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office but may require travel across the country.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies across Wholesale, Reseller and Installer channels.<\/li>\n
  • Hunt down new opportunities and close the gap on market leaders – you’ll need to be gritty, determined and comfortable failing fast and adjusting.<\/li>\n
  • Build national account and territory plans, including a travel cadence to key partners in each state.<\/li>\n
  • Grow service contract revenue while protecting margin.<\/li>\n
  • Represent Ohme at industry events, webinars and partner training sessions nationally.<\/li>\n
  • Provide commercial proposals and quotations across Ohme’s product range (Hardware, Fleet, Flex, and more).<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with leadership team to shape Ohme’s national value proposition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • A proven hunter with a track record in wholesale, channel or national B2B sales.<\/li>\n
    • Experience building and managing a national network of partners and accounts.<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and regular national travel, at times on short notice.<\/li>\n
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n
    • A natural relationship builder who can win trust across all levels, from branch staff to senior partner leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
